摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipolysis promoter capable of inhibiting cyclic adenosine monophosphate splitting enzyme, promoting degradation of neutral fat accumulated in an adipose tissue and useful for control of fatness by including an extract of a specific plant. SOLUTION: This lipolysis promoter includes one or more kinds of plant extracts extracted from Cinnamomum cassia Blume, Sanguisorba officinarlis, tea, Salvia officinallis L. and Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. For example, an extract extracted from a bark of Cinnamomum cassia or a plant belonging to the same genusis is used as a cassia extract, and an extract extracted from a root or a rhizome of Sanguisorba officinalis by purified water, ethanol, etc., is used as Sanguisorba officinalis extract. The lipolysis promoter is used by formulating 0.01-30wt.% lipolysis promoter in a composition as skin cosmetics for weight reduction.
