摘要：PURPOSE:To enlarge an effective far infrared radiation surface and minimize the quantity of insulation to be used by installing a combustion cylinder in which a number of small holes are formed to let combustion gas pass, a burner which is fixed to one end and a forced exhaust means where an intake nozzle is communicated to an exhaust nozzle provided on a casing. CONSTITUTION:A combustion gas which is introduced into a combustion cylinder 4 from an opening section 42 by way of an opening section 51a of a connecting cylinder 51 for a gas burner 5 is injected into a casing 2 from an opening section 41 or a small hole 44, and uniformly heats a far infrared radiation surface 22 of a wall plate 20b of the casing 2. The gas is also heated equally by the heat radiation from the heated combustion cylinder 4 so that a heated material may be effectively heated. Furthermore, a part of side surface 21a of a wall plate 20a for the casing 2 is adapted to serve as an installation surface 21 which involves an insulation material 3 and on outside surface 22a of the wall plate 20b is designed to serve as a far infrared surface 22. Therefore, the quantity of insulation material 3 used is minimized, thereby increasing an effective far infrared surface compared with the size of the casing 2. The combustion gas is discharged from an exhaust nozzle 62 of the casing 2 and is sucked up into a scroll casing 64 from an exhaust nozzle 61 by way of an exhaust pipe 63 and is discharged into
an exhaust cylinder 66.
