第三代社保卡认证流程
1.填写《社会保障卡申领、换卡、补卡申请表》，并加盖即时认证点公章。

2.凭身份证原件及复印件，并出示本人社会保障卡，向即时认证点递交申请材料。

The staff of the instant authentication point shall scan, input and verify the application materials in accordance with the regulations.
4.申请人通过指纹采集、人脸识别等方式进行身份确认。
The applicant shall confirm his/her identity through fingerprint collection, facial recognition, etc.
5.即时认证点工作人员通过信息系统对申请人进行实时身份比对。
The staff of the instant authentication point shall conduct real-time identity verification of the applicant through the information system.
6.如申请资料齐全、无误，即时认证点将出具社会保障卡申请受理回执。
If the application materials are complete and accurate, the instant authentication point will issue a receipt for the acceptance of the social security card application.
7.申请人携带受理回执和身份证原件到社会保障卡发卡网点领取社会保障卡。
The applicant shall bring the acceptance receipt and the original ID card to the social security card issuing outlet to collect the social security card.
8.如申请材料不完备或有误，即时认证点工作人员将告知申请人补齐或更正材料后的再次申请流程。
If the application materials are incomplete or incorrect, the staff of the instant authentication point will inform the applicant of the re-application process after supplementing or correcting the materials.
9.申领社会保障卡业务受理窗口或自助服务终端通过社会保障卡密码进行个人身份认证。
The business acceptance window for applying for social security card or self-service terminal shall carry out personal identity authentication through the social security card password.
10.申请人按业务受理窗口或自助服务终端提示进行指纹采集、人脸识别等方式的身份确认。

11.机具通过信息系统对申请人进行实时身份比对。
The equipment shall conduct real-time identity verification of the applicant through the information system.
12.如社会保障卡密码输入正确，业务受理窗口或自助服务终端将出具社会保障卡申请受理回执。
If the social security card password is entered correctly, the business acceptance window or self-service terminal will issue a receipt for the acceptance of the social security card application.
13.申请人携带受理回执和身份证原件到社会保障卡发卡网点领取社会保障卡。
