关于“互联网+”趋势下构建征信评级系统对电费回收管理作用的探讨
李彧陶喆徒弟南方电网的经营理念是社会效益优先,企业效益为重。企业在履行供电服务这个社会职责的同时,必须依靠经济支撑电网构建、农网改造、保电供电等一系列发展。而电费回收则是体现经营成果的最重要指标。然而,由于多种原因,用户是否能按期缴费存在多种不确定因素。在国家大力倡导“互联网+”的大形势下,供电企业可以且必须充分联合银行系统平台,利用各种网络资源,改进传统的电费追收方式,保障电费资金安全,提高电费回收效率。文章结合新形势下“互联网+”的发展,对“互联网”在电费回收促进工作上应用进行一些探讨。提出网络互联征信体系,系统客户信用评级管理等新的设想,并作出可行性分析。

Abstract: The management idea of Southern Power Grid is social benefit first, and enterprise benefit is the most important. While performing the social responsibility of power supply service, enterprises must rely on the economy to support the construction of power grid, the transformation of rural power network, the maintenance of electricity and power supply and a series of development. The electricity recovery is the most important indicator
to reflect the business results. However, for a variety of reasons, there are many uncertainties as to whether the user can pay on time. In the context of “Internet Plus” advocated by our country, the power supply enterprises can and must fully unite the banking system platform, utilize all kinds of network resources, improve the traditional way of collecting electricity, ensure the safety of electricity funds, and improve the efficiency of electricity recovery. In view of the development of “Internet Plus” under the new situation, this paper discusses the application of the Internet in the promotion of electricity recovery, puts forward the network interconnection credit system, system customer credit rating management and other new ideas, and make a feasibility analysis.
