教学目标 | 《传播学原理》以社会信息的传递和社会信息系统的运行为研究对象。主要讲述信息传播基础理论和传播基本技巧,系统地揭示信息传播规律;它与新闻学、社会学、心理学、政治学、信息论、系统论、控制论彼此互相影响、互相渗透,成为一门新兴的边缘学科。新闻专业学生要求要达到以下目标: 1. 了解传播学的产生、传播学的研究现状和发展趋势; 2. 从传播者、受众、信息、符号、媒介、传播技巧、传播环境、传播效果等方面比较系统地掌握传播学的基本概念、基本理论和基本观点。 3. 掌握人内传播、人际传播、体传播、组织传播、大众传播的特点及运行规律。 4. 了解传播学与相关学科的知识交叉性、具备初步的应用传播学理论进行各领域研究的能力。 5. 能运用相关原理分析传播现象并解决日常生活中的一些实际问题;尝试运用社会调查方法,形成较强的传播事件分析能力 | |||||
主要教学内容 | 1. 传播学形成的历史,一个创始人和四大奠基人的主要贡献。 2. 人类传播发展史的五个阶段:口语、文字、印刷、电子、网络。 3. 传播过程的五个要素:传播者、受传者、媒介、讯息(符号与意义)、效果。新闻传播学类专业 4. 传播的几种主要类型:人内传播、人际传播、体传播、组织传播、大众传播、国际传播和全球传播。 5. 传播学的三种主要研究方法:内容分析法、抽样调查法、心理实验法 6. 传播学研究的两大流派:经验学派和批判学派 | |||||
实践教学环节及要求 | 1. 要求学生关注大众传播的最新事件,并用传播学原理加以分析。 2. 要求学生关注身边的传播现象,并用传播学原理加以分析。 3. 要求学生就某一专题,比如大学生手机使用情况调查等问题,进行专题的调查分析。 4. 通过媒体实习,掌握和了解各种媒体组织的运行规律,并运用相关理论进行分析和把握。 5. 通过教学、科研项目,带动学生进行传播学的实证调查,并对传播结果进行分析和梳理。 | |||||

Course Introduction "Principles of Communication" takes the social information transmission and the operation of social information system as research objects, mainly focuses on the basic theory and skills of information dissemination, systematically reveals the rules of information dissemination; Seeping into journalism, sociology, psychology, political science, information theory, system theory, cybernetics and influencing each other, "Principles of Communication" becomes an emerging interdisciplinary subject. It requires its students to achieve the following goals: 1. To understand the generation of communication, the recent research progress and development trend of communication; 2. To systematically master the basic concepts,theory and point of communication,such as Disseminator, Audience, Information, Symbols, Medium, Communication skills, Communication environment, and Communication effects, etc.; 3. To master the characteristics and operation rules of Intrapersonal communication, Relational communication, Group communication, Organizational communication and Mass communication ; 4. To learn about the Multidisciplinary overlap knowledge between Communication and the related disciplines, and to have the preliminary ability of applying communication theory into the research of other fields; 5. To be able to use the relevant principles to analyze the communication phenomenon and solve some practical issues in daily life; to have a strong ability of communication events analysis trying to use the social survey methods. The main teaching contents includes: 1. The history of communication theory formation, an originator and the main contributions from the four founders. 2. The five stages of the history of human communication development : speaking, writing, printing, electronic, and network. 3. The five elements in the communication process Disseminator, Audience, Medium, Information(Symbols and its meanings) and Effects. 4. The several main types of communication: Intrapersonal communication, Relational communication, Group communication, Organizational communication, Mass communication International communication and Global communication. 5. The three main research methods of Communication theory : content analysis method, sampling survey method, psychological experiments method The two major schools of communication research:Critical School and Experiential School. | ||||||
