摘 要：本文针对马自达5轿车怠速熄火的故障，论述了该故障的有关影响因素，通过故障诊断，到故障是由废气再循环系统（EGR）工作不正常造成的，并经检测修复，彻底排除故障。

Trouble Diagnosis and Elimination of Mazda 5 Engine Idling Stop

Abstract：This article focuses on the failure of Mazda 5 car's idling stop and discusses the related factors of the failure. Through fault diagnosis， it is found that the failure is caused by the abnormal operation of the exhaust gas re-circulation system （EGR）， and the fault is completely eliminated after inspection and repair.

废气再循环系统（EGR）是属于发动机的一种机内净化技术，它将发动机排出小部分废气重新引入发动机进气系统，与可燃气混合后，进入气缸内燃烧，从而降低气缸内最高温度，减少NOx的生成，进而达到保护环境的目的。
1 故障现象
一辆2011年款马自达5轿车，2.0L，行驶里程12万公里，在怠速运转时，发动机经常熄火，但汽車在低、中、高速行驶时无异常，松开油门后，发动机抖动剧烈或马上熄火。
