摘要
设计偏心柱塞泵零件的机械加工工艺规程及工艺装备,通过对偏心柱塞泵零件的了解,根据它的形状、尺寸精度、生产的经济效益等各方面的详细分析其加工工艺,采用多工序,数控机床加工。通过对零件的分析,此偏心柱塞泵零件要求精度高,工序适当集中,要求光滑,所以选用的工具和尺寸要量得准。最后对零件进行校核。以便达到零件精度的要求。
偏心柱塞泵压盖采用灰铸铁HT150,它有容易变形,吸振性好,耐磨性及切削性好等特点。当生产批量不大时偏心柱塞泵零件泵体毛坯采用木模手工造型,制作简单但毛坯精度较低,余量也较大,大批、大量生产时则采用金属模机器造型。毛坯精度高,余量可适当减少。在单件生产时,有时采用焊接件作毛坯,以缩减短生产周期。
本课题旨在研究偏心柱塞泵零件的加工工艺及对泵体数控加工夹具的设计,其主要目的是能够达到快速装夹、定位,结合实际,确保加工质量的前提下,达到提高生产速率,降低生产成本。
