During the summer break, I visited Beijing and Guilin as part of my summer vacation. Both cities had their own unique charms and left lasting impressions on me.
In Beijing, I was amazed by the grandness and historical significance of its landmarks. The Forbidden City, for instance, has a magnificent palace complex that once housed emperors of China.
暑假 旅游I also visited the Great Wall, which was a feat of ancient engineering and breathtaking in its scale. Watching the sunset on the wall was a truly unforgettable experience. Additionally, I walked through Tiananmen Square and learned about its pivotal role in China's history.
Guilin, on the other hand, was a completely different experience. The natural beauty of the stunning karst formations and lush greenery was simply mesmerizing. I took a cruise on the Li River, and it was incredible seeing the arched hills, tranquil waters and rural villages. The scenery was so enchanting that it was almost surreal, like something out of a painting. In the evening, I went to see the famous Lijiang Folk Culture Theater performance, which showcased traditional Chinese dancing, music and theatre. Overall, my trip to Beijing and Guilin was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I will never forget. I gained a deeper appreciation for China's rich history and culture, and I was impressed by the natural beauty of
Guilin. I would recommend these two cities to anyone looking for a truly unique and eye-opening travel experience.
