杭州医保在省外生育报销流程如下：
1. 单位社保专干持所需资料到指定地点申请报销，并如实填写医疗费用报销信息登记表；
2. 经办机构人员受理资料，并对资料是否齐全、真实进行审核；
3. 审核无误后，进行信息录入，签收并打印回执单；
4. 申报后15个工作日内，经办机构完成对医疗费用的审核和结算；
5. 通过银行将报销费用划入参保人员提供的银行存折或银联卡或医保个人账户卡；
6. 通过手机短信告知参保人员报销费用、支出单号码。
需要注意的是，异地生育报销需满足以下条件：
1. 参保人员按照规定参加生育保险；
2. 参保人连续缴纳生育保险费用10个月以上。
