Today, I came to Huangshan, Anhui Province. Huangshan is known as the most wonderful mountain in the world and the fairyland on earth. The unique peak forest land forms a strange, great, dangerous and illusory spectacle. It is famous for the "four wonders" of strange rocks, strange pines, hot springs and sea of clouds.
The most famous pine in Huangshan is the welcoming pine. Its outstretched branches seem to welcome guests to Huangshan. So its name is "welcoming pine". During climbing, I saw many pine trees of different shapes surrounded by protective walls, from which I learned about people's protection of nature.
Another unique feature of Huangshan Mountain is the strange stone. Because Huangshan is made of granite, there are stones of different shapes all over the mountain. Through people's imagination, various wonders have been formed. There are monkeys watching the sea, fairy peach stones, immortals guiding the way, flying stones, tortoises and rabbits racing. Looking at these strange stones reminds me of the text Huangshan strange stones learned in grade t
hree of primary school. What impressed me most was the monkey watching the sea. On the steep mountain peak, there is a stone shaped like a monkey. Sitting on the mountain peak, it looked curiously at the rolling sea of clouds, as if it was attracted by the strange landscape of Mount Huangshan.
The sea of clouds is also a unique feature of Huangshan. What is a sea of clouds? Clouds filled the air between the two peaks, just like the sea. The peaks above the clouds turned into isolated islands. The clouds rolled over the mountains, like thousands of troops rushing to the distant battlefield."The five mountains return without looking at the mountains, and the Huangshan Mountain returns without looking at the mountains." It has become a famous sentence to praise Huangshan for hundreds of years. This Huangshan trip made me deeply feel the magnificent scenery of the great rivers and mountains of the motherland.
