    My English Handwritten Newspaper Project
Hi everyone! My name is Emily and I'm in 5th grade. Today I want to tell you all about the super cool English handwritten newspaper project I did for school. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun!
It all started when my English teacher, Mrs. Johnson, told our class that we would be making handwritten newspapers to practice our English writing and creativity. She split us into groups of 4 or 5 students each. I was in a group with my best friends Lily, Jake, and Michael.
The first thing we had to do was decide on a name for our newspaper. After lots of discussi
on, we decided to call it "The Sunny Times" because we wanted it to be a bright and positive newspaper. Mrs. Johnson said the newspapers could be on any appropriate topics we wanted, as long as they were written in English.
Next, we had to decide what sections and articles we wanted in our newspaper. We decided to have sections for News, Sports, Entertainment, Comics, Advice, and more. Lily really wanted to do a horoscope section even though none of us really understood horoscopes!
Then came the hard part - we had to assign roles and start writing the articles and creating everything else for the newspaper. I was made the editor-in-chief, so I had to oversee everything and make sure we stayed on schedule. Lily was great at art so she did the drawings and comics. Jake loves sports so he covered that section. And Michael is really funny so he did an advice column giving silly advice.
Writing the articles was tough! We had to research our topics, make sure to use proper English grammar and spelling, and write engaging articles that people would want to read. I
wrote the cover story which was about our school's new recycling program. It took me forever to write and re-write it until I was satisfied.
Once we had everything written and drawn, it was time to actually put together the physical newspaper. We used large sheets of construction paper for the pages and did everything by hand - writing, drawing, coloring, etc. My hands got so tired from all the writing and cutting and gluing! But it was starting to look amazing.
Finally, after many late nights working on it over several weeks, our handwritten "Sunny Times" newspaper was complete! We added fun decorations like drawings, collages, and more to make it look delightful. When we presented it to the class, everyone loved it and thought it was so creative and well-done.
Making that handwritten English newspaper was one of the hardest projects I've ever done, but also one of the most rewarding. I learned so much about writing, creativity, working as a team, and managing a big project. I'm really proud of what my group created and accomplished. It's an experience I'll never forget!
Thanks for reading about my crazy experience creating a handwritten English newspaper. It was epic! Now I'm off to my next assignment - this time writing sportsreports for the school blog. But that's a story for another day!

    Making My English Handwritten Wallpaper
I was so excited when my English teacher announced we would be making handwritten wallpapers! She said it would help us practice our English writing, vocabulary, and creativity. I couldn't wait to get started.
First, I had to choose a topic for my wallpaper. I knew I wanted it to be about something I really loved. After thinking for a while, I decided my topic would be dinosaurs! I have been obsessed with dinosaurs for as long as I can remember. I read every book about them in the library and watch all the dinosaur movies and shows.
Next, I had to plan out what I wanted on my wallpaper. I made a big list of all the dinosau
r names I knew like Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, and Velociraptor. I also wrote down facts I had learned about when they lived, what they ate, and how big they were. I sketched out some rough drawings of the different dinosaurs too.我曾
When I had all my ideas together, it was time to start creating the actual wallpaper! My teacher gave us each a massive piece of paper that would become the background. I decided to paint mine a forest green color to make it look like the dinosaurs were in their natural habitat. While the paint dried, I started practice writing some of the vocabulary words and dino names in my best handwriting.
Over the next few days, I worked really hard on my wallpaper after school. First, I drew outlines of the different dinosaurs using pencils and stencils. There was the mighty T-Rex with his huge jaws, the three-horned Triceratops, and the speedy Velociraptor. I tried to make them look as realistic as possible based on the pictures I had seen. Coloring them in with colored pencils took forever, but I didn't mind because I was having so much fun.
