随着科学技术的飞速发展,经济全球化的步伐也在迅速推进。随着市场竞争的激烈,仓储作为整个物流的核心,其运作效率显得尤为重要,本文以A公司配送仓的运作流程为研究对象,结合流程优化、系统仿真等相关理论,根据A公司配送仓的现实情况,借助仿真软件对其进行了研究和探讨。本文首先介绍了流程优化和物流系统仿真的发展,阐述了流程优化和系统仿真的相关概念和理论知识。其次,在对A公司配送仓实地调查的基础上,详细分析了A公司配送仓作业流程的现状,以及人员配置、设备使用等方面。然后,借助 Flexsim 仿真软件,建立了仓库作业流程的仿真模型,并将研究中收集到的各个作业流程的真实数据导入仿真模型进行操作,收集操作结果。通过对运行结果的分析,可以清晰的了解地了解到配送仓运行的各个环节,出A公司配送仓运作过程中存在的问题。最后,根据以上分析,提出了相应的改进和优
化措施,并对改进优化后的操作过程进行了建模和仿真。并对实施改进优化后的作业流程进行建模与仿真。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, the pace of economic globalization is also advancing rapidly. With the fierce market competition, warehousing as the core of the whole logistics, its operation efficiency is particularly important. This paper takes the operation process of a company's distribution warehouse as the research object, combined with process optimization, system simulation and other related theories, according to the reality of a company's distribution warehouse, and with the help of simulation software, studies and discusses it. First of all, this paper introduces the development of process optimization and logistics system simulation, and expounds the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of process optimization and system simulation. Secondly, based on the field investigation of the distribution warehouse of company a, the paper makes a detail
ed analysis of the current situation of the warehouse operation process, as well as personnel allocation, equipment use and other aspects. Then, with the help of Flexsim simulation software, the simulation model of warehouse workflow is established, and the real data of each workflow collected in the research is imported into the simulation model for operation, and the operation results are collected. Through the analysis of the operation results, we can clearly understand the operation of each link and find out the problems in the process of distribution warehouse operation of company A. Finally, according to the above analysis, the corresponding improvement and optimization measures are proposed, and the operation process after the improvement and optimization is modeled and simulated. And the operation process after the implementation of the improvement optimization is modeled and simulated.
