摘 要
随着国民经济的快速发展,汽车逐渐成为我国目前主要的交通工具之一。汽车座椅是影响舒适性和美观性以及汽车NVH性能的重要组成部分,随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高,汽车座椅的设计要求不断提出更高的要求,尤其是汽车后排座椅的调节较为单一化,后排座椅调节机构没能普及的原因可能在于缺乏架构合理、便于调节的座椅调节机构。本文首先查并总结了汽车座椅调节机构的发展研究现状,了解重要部件的设计要求,对后排座椅的调节机构进行设计和改进,完成了后排座椅靠背调节和座椅前后及上下四个方向的调节机构的设计,本文设计的汽车后排座椅调节机构易于实现和操作,结构和尺寸在确定后使用三维建模软件CATIA完成整体的部件装配。书本知识活学活用,将汽车后排座椅的调节实现了靠背的角度稳定、流畅的调节以及前后、上下四个方向的调节,在没有采用复杂的无极调节机构的基础上实现了对汽车后排座椅不同方向上的流畅性调节,能够满足不同百分位乘员身体的舒适性,提高了操作舒适性,与此同时本文设计的后排座椅调节机构所采用的材料和零件尺寸都遵循轻量化的原则,尽可能的将后排乘员空间利用率提升至最大。查阅了机械设计手册,学习和掌握了三维建模软件的知识,提高了自身的绘图水平。

The manual of mechanical design is reviewed, the knowledge of 3d modeling software is studied and mastered, and the drawing level is improved.
