摘要：传统的施工管理中，所管理的要素主要包括三个方面：质量、进度、成本。然而，从《绿施工导则》、ISO140001 以及关于绿施工的文献中不难看出，特别重视对于人员管理、资源管理和环境管理，因此全要素的绿施工管理要求将对人员、资源和环境三大要素提高到与质量、进度、成本平等的地位，对该六要素进行同等对待、共同管理。也就是说，在所管理的传统要素基础上在添加了三个要素，从以往的三要素管理转变成了六要素管理，即：质量管理、进度管理、成本管理、人员管理、资源管理、环境管理。这在一定程度上提高了对管理水平的要求，增大了管理的难度。
