文凭与水平

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家下午好！今天我演讲的题目是《文凭与水平》，我想在座的每一位同学如果没有特殊原因的话大学毕业后拿的都是大专文凭，那你们有没有想过自己不如那些名校的本科生甚至在他们面前觉得自己比他们低人一等呢？你们想过没有自己以后的工作更不如那些本科生好呢？
我想在坐的同学大多数都有想过这方面的问题吧。其实放开文凭的束缚，我相信同学们，当然也包括我自己并不比任何本科生差。文凭从某种意义来讲只是一张纸，当然我们断不可一票否认它在当今文凭当道的时代所起的作用，现在社会无论是国企还是外企或者是比较好的企业，进入他们的通行证就是本科以上文凭，其余的一概不屑一瞧。当然这只社会的一方面，只有那些缺乏创新机制的企业或单位才会有这些牵强的门槛，不过任然有许多
有活力、有战略眼光的企业对人才是不拘一格的。所谓“学而优则仕”，这是亘古不变的道理，春秋战国的古人都知道这个道理，我相信当今社会定不比古人差的太远。如果把文凭等于水平看待，那么这是不理性，没有远见之人的看法。有一句话说的好“其实文凭不过是一张火车票，清华的软卧，本科的硬卧，专科的硬座，民办的站票，成教的在厕所挤着。火车到站，都下车工作，才发现老板并不太关心你是怎么来的，只关心你会干什么 ”这句话精辟的道出了，无论你手里拿的什么“通行证”到关键时候别人需要的只是你的能力，看你能为他赚取多大的利润。我们没有必要觉得自己比谁低人一等，只要你有自己的理想，勤奋努力，并且坚持不懈的去追求，不放弃、不抛弃。实力可以证明一切，大学那张文凭只能证明你高中的努力读了名校，但它终究证明不了在大学里你到底做了什么。清华有人才、当然也有庸才；专科也有人才。
我曾经有幸的拜读过软实力的创办人刘兴奇写的一本书《大学生的坟》，刘兴奇是我比较佩服的人特别是他那奇特的思想。他崇尚人才讲究能力和水平，而不
是单单仅仅依靠一张文凭。他认为大多数大学生不是不够努力，而是不懂得如何学会努力，仅仅靠在学校里学习的知识，死读书的人的，就算考上研究生，很多都是思维呆滞，
被深深的陷于中国缺乏变化机制的教育制度里，没有实战经验，即使有再多的证书。企业要的是你的水平，而不是你那堆硬梆梆的证书。举一个情景：两个人去应聘，一位得意洋洋的拿着他的本科毕业证书，等待着考官的赞扬；另一位则拿出了一份计划书，那是根据他的实战经验制定的符合应聘公司的计划，一年可以为公司赚几百万。此时你觉得考官会选择谁呢？有思维的人都会去选那位拿着一份计划书的人，即使他只有小学文凭。现在的很多人都一致认为只有证书才能证明自己的有多大的水平，所以不顾一切，牺牲大量宝贵的青春去过英语四六级，心塌地的考研，近年来研究生的就业率越来越低于大专生。还有那些报考公务员的，一比一万的录取比例，也要挤破头颅去应考，到头来被录取的除了潜规则的就是官二代，富二代，只有极少数有真才实学的幸运儿。

回过头来，试想，如果我们一味的追求“文凭等于水平”论的话，我相信不知又有多少人才会堵死在这条不归路上，就拿微软总裁比尔盖茨来说，他连大学都没有毕业，依然靠着自己的能用双手创办了微软成了世界首富；再说说咱们中国的玻璃王曹德旺，这个十四岁辍学回家放牛，但他并没因未接受正规教育而惋惜，他卖过烟丝、做过水果生意，到后来经过自己的不懈努力成立了福耀玻璃有限公司，成了一位百亿富翁。虽然这些例证对于我们现在大多数人来说很难实现，但是我们也应该从中看到文凭不是决定一切的东西。同学们，
开机显示器黑屏未来的幸福生活不是靠文凭来创造的，它是靠我们自己的双手，自己的智慧来创造的，我们不能因为当今社会的文凭论而束缚了自己。如果你真有理想，真有志气！那么请你拿起你手中的大专文凭，用你的能力、用你的理想去创造高于大专、高于本科、高于研究生的辉煌出来，证明你不比任何一个人差！
