怎样开红酒qq闪退 [摘 要]為明晰董事会治理的研究现状、热点领域及发展趋势，借助可视化分析软件CiteSpace对CSSCI 及Web of Science核心合集的论文题录数据进行可视化分析。研究发现：国内董事会治理研究机构的分布比较松散，尚未形成系统的网络结构，而国外研究机构的分布比较密集，机构间联系也较为密切。董事会治理领域的关键词共现网络分析表明，国内学者主要关注独立董事作用、董事会监督效应、董事会网络在公司治理中的角，国外学者开始探讨董事会治理在所有权结构的优化以及企业未来绩效提升等方面的作用。董事会治理领域的关键词突现强度分析显示，董事会的多元性、政治关联等议题逐渐成为国内外学者在董事会治理领域的共同研究方向，不同的是，国内学者更加关注董事会网络等方面的研究，而国外学者开始延及代际交替以及绿治理等方面的研究。识别国内外董事会治理领域的研究现状以及发展趋势，不仅有助于董事会治理领域的学者把握研究脉络，还可为企业管理者解决现实问题、完善国内企业制度提供借鉴。

Research status，hotspots and development trend of board governance
—scientometric analysis based on domestic and foreign comparison

Abstract：In order to clarify the research status，hotspots and development trend in the field of board governance，visual analysis of thesis title data of CSSCI and Web of Science core collection is carried out with the visual analysis software CiteSpace. The results show that the distribution of research institutions on board governance in China is relatively loose and has not yet formed a systematic network structure，while the distribution of research institutions in foreign countries is relatively dense and the inter-institutional relationship is relatively close. The analysis of keywords co-occurrence network in the field of board governance shows that domestic scholars mainly focus on the role of independent directors，the supervision effect of the board and the role of board network in corporate governance，while foreign scholars begin to discuss the role
of board governance in the optimization of ownership structure and the improvement of corporate future performance. The strength analysis of keywords surge in the field of board governance shows that the diversity of the board，the political association issues gradually become the common research trend of scholars at home and board in the field of the board of directors governance，and the difference is that the domestic scholars pay more attention to the research of network，while the foreign scholars began to extend the study of intergenerational change and green governance. So identifying the research status and development trend in the field of board governance at home and abroad can help scholars in the field of board of governance grasp the research context，and also provide reference for enterprise managers to solve practical problems and improve the domestic enterprise system.

在公司治理结构中，作为连接股东和高级管理人员的纽带，董事会承担着企业战略决
策、公司管理层的监督、维护股东利益以及部分社会责任的职能。在企业改革的背景下，公司治理问题受到更多的关注，2015年的万科股权之争、2020年的瑞幸咖啡财务事件均暴露出公司治理的问题。董事会治理是公司治理的核心，公司治理的研究也帶动了董事会治理的研究。
国内外学者关于董事会治理领域的研究主要包括三个方面：一是董事会的规模与结构，关注董事会的成员数量、结构以及专门委员会的设置与公司绩效的关系，如谢永珍等[1]、Astuti等[2]的研究;二是董事会的职能与行为，关注董事会的职能、效率、决策机制对公司绩效的影响，如晏国菀和谢光华[3]、Hülsbeck等[4]的研究;三是董事会的成员特征，关注董事会成员个人特质或职业背景对公司绩效的影响，如胡元木和纪端[5]、Lu和Cao[6]的研究等。尽管目前董事会治理的研究文献较为丰富，但是依然存在如下不足：（1）现有研究更多的是从微观角度实证分析董事会治理问题，少有文献对董事会治理研究的理论基础、研究前沿以及发展趋势进行系统性评述和梳理。（2）现有研究没有将董事会治理的国内外研究脉络纳入一个统一的框架，这不仅不利于明晰国内外董事会治理研究的异同，而且对国内董事会治理领域的研究发展缺少有效的指导。因此，为了填补现有的研究缺口，厘清董事会治理领域的研究基础和发展脉络，本文采用科学计量学分析工具CiteSpace[7]
绘制董事会治理研究机构、关键词共现以及聚类视角的知识图谱，识别国内外董事会治理领域的研究现状、前沿热点及发展趋势，进而为我国董事会治理的研究方向提供借鉴。
一、数据来源与研究方法
（一）数据来源
泾河大糕 本文基于文献发表的题录数据，对董事会治理领域的研究现状、前沿热点和发展趋势进行中外对比分析。以CSSCI数据库和Web of Science数据库为题录数据来源，构建CiteSpace可视化研究的基础数据集[8-9]。国内文献以CSSCI为数据来源，检索篇名包含“董事”或关键词为“董事”的文章。时间区间为2000—2020年，因为CSSCI数据库只收录近20年的文献，为保证中外对比年份的一致性，故两个数据库均以2000—2020年为时间跨度进行检索。检索日期为2020年11月18日，经过数据的除重，共得到2288条检索结果。国外文献以Web of Science（WoS）数据库的核心合集为数据来源。因“董事”一词可用board和director来表达，故检索式为主题“（board）AND（directors）”。时间区间为2000—2020年，检索日期为2020年11月18日。借鉴刘新民等[10]对数据的处理方式，将主题限定在“BUSINESS、 MANAGEMENT、BUSINESS FINANCE、 ECONOMICS、 LAW、ETH
ICS、PUBLICAD AMINISTRATION、SOCIOLOGY、INFORMATION SCIENCE LIBRARY SCIENCE、OPERATIONS RESEARCH MANAGEMENT SCIENCE”共10个学科领域，经过数据的除重，共得到3174条检索结果。

科学计量学是对科学活动进行刻画、评估和预测的学科。近年来，基于科学计量学进行分析的研究成果增长迅速。科学计量学的分析工具众多，比较常用的为CiteSpace。CiteSpace能够用可视化知识图谱将研究领域的演进历程呈现出来，帮助我们更好地了解此领域的研究现状、前沿热点及发展趋势[11]。本文借助CiteSpace，首先，对董事会治理领域的研究现状包括时间分布、机构分布以及知识基础三个部分进行可视化分析，把握近年来此研究领域的时间演化过程、合作研究网络以及经典文献;其次，依托关键词共现图谱识别董事会治理领域的热点主题，厘清目前董事会治理领域的研究脉络以及代表性的研究成果;最后，基于突现检测技术识别董事会治理领域的发展趋势，构建国内外董事会治理领域的未来研究框架。
