Splendid China
Located on the bank of the gorgeous Shenzhen Bay, Splendid China is a lively, rich, and co
mprehensive miniature scenery park which vividly depicts the history, culture, ancient architecture and the art and folk customs of ethnic groups in China. Occupying an area of 30 hectares, the whole park can be divided into two parts: Scenic Spot Area and Comprehensive Service Area. Window to the World
Covering an area of 480,000 m², Window to the World is a fantastic replica park located in the western part of Shenzhen city and adjacent to the Splendid China and China Folk Cultural Villages. The theme park is renowned for its marvelous sights and sites which integrate sight-seeing and scenery alongside folk customs and performances in one place. 
According to its world geographical position and category of scenes, Shenzhen Window to the World can be divided into nine scenic areas:  the World Square, the Area of Oceania, the Area of Asia, the Area of Europe, the Area of Africa, the Sculpture Park, the Recreational Center of Modern Science and Technology, and International Street, respectively. Inside the park, 118 magnificent attractions can be seen, which are replicated and made on a scale of 1:1, 1:1.5 and 1:1.5 respectively. Such replicas include the world famous Pyramids of Egypt, the Amon Temple of Karnak, Paris’ Arc de Triomphe, India’s Taj Mahal and Italy’s Leaning Tower of Pisa. These replicas bring the world’s wonders together in one place for the delight and convenience of visitors and each of them leave a deep and lasting impression. 
The World Square, being the activity center of the park, is capable of accommodating  over 10,000 travelers and has 10 of the world’s best-known sculptures in the front part of the square.  And all around the square, there are 108 different styles stone pillars and a near 2,000-m² relief sculpture wall all around the square, as well as a magnificent stage. Travelers can gather before the stage to enjoy the exotic shows and performances from both domestic and foreign performers. 
Happy Valley 
Occupying an area of 350,000 km², Shenzhen Happy Valley is one of the growing numbers of theme parks in China, focusing on sightseeing, entertainment and visitor participation. 
As a product of modern high technology and based on the principal concept of leisure, the whole park contains nine major subject areas, including “Spanish Square”, “Magic Castle”, “Mt. China Folk Culture Villages
China Folk Culture Village is a large-scale cultural tourist resort in Shenzhen and is the first of its kind to gather together China’s diverse ethnic folk art, customs and architectural styles together in one place. Covering an area of over 200, 000 km², it displays 25 village
s displaying the characteristics of 22 of China’s many ethnic groups. The village is renowned as a centre of excellence for its preservation of Chinese folk customs. Visitors can see the Disney field versions of Yunnan Stone Forest, Towering age-old banyans from Nanbin, the memorial stone archways of Huizhou and the laser folk music fountain, to name just a few examples. 
At the village, travelers can enjoy the variety of different house designs of the Dong, Miao, Yao, Yi and Zhuang ethnic groups, as well as Tibetan houses and lamasery and yurts from Inner Mongolia.
