摘要：目前，随着我国城市化和工业化进程的加快，，农民工工伤保险覆盖率偏低、劳动关系认定困难，但跟着大批农村剩余劳动力逐步向城市转移形成了农民工。且农民工自身缺乏自我保护意识以及各项专业技能的匮乏，农民工职业伤害事件的频频发生，针对工伤保险问题的研究日益引起了社会各界广泛关注。
