网上购物过程及感受
（一）购物过程
第一次进行淘宝网上购物时需要在淘宝网注册一个用户名，并且开通网上银行。步骤如下：
1、进入“支付宝”，点击“免费注册”，选择邮箱注册，填写资料，看提示进入邮箱激活账号。
2、办理网上银行，带着身份证和卡银行柜台开通网上银行，购买U盾或者口令卡，然后上银行网站的个人网银看提示，下载证书。
3、进入我的支付宝，点击充值，选择网上银行充值，填写银行卡信息，输入金额。
4、下载阿里旺旺，点击首页右上的“阿里旺旺”，进行下载安装。
5、确定一下是否已经在淘宝网上注册成功了，再确定一下在淘宝网上的一个付款系统“支付宝”是不是已经通过淘宝网的验证了。下面是我网购u盘时的过程：
1、登录到淘宝网，然后通过销量和价格定位到比较符合自己要求的几款u盘类型。
2、逐个点击这几款u盘图片，进去后看看“掌柜档案”里的“卖家信用”和“卖家好评率”以及买家
的追加评价，一般选择买家信用度高和好评率高的卖家或者有红的心的卖家，当然也会考虑到买家的追加评价。
3、确定要买的u盘类型后，进入阿里旺旺，在旺旺上给卖家留言或联系，问清楚自己想问的问题，确定价格后，点“立即购买”进入支付系统，按提示一步步输入自己的购物数量、收货地址、再在网上进行银行划账、支付货款，这时会提醒付款成功，等待卖方发货。
4、卖家一般都会在旺旺上给自己留言，以及发邮件说明什么时候发货，当收到u盘后，确认货物无损后，上网去在“我的淘宝”里面 “我是买家”下面的“已买到的宝贝”中，可以看到那个表中有个交易状态，选择“确认收货”。
5、交易完成后的三天到一个月的时间中，对该卖家做一个评价，进入到“信用管理”里面对这个卖家进行评价。
（二）购物感受
通过这次的网上购物，我觉得要注意一下几个问题：
1、学会使用搜索功能。到需要的商品后，不要着急拍下，先多给店主留言和店主交流，确定邮费和交易商品的一些细节问题，拍下后就不要再讨价还价了。
2、要充分利用留言功能。一方面，留言是你了解要买的东西最好的途径，东西的质地、号码、功能、售后服务、有没有保修甚至全球联保，另一方面，沟通好的话不少店主还会给你一个更好的折扣。更重要的是通过回答可以知道货主的责任心、售后服务、甚至可以看出是不是骗子。
3、看卖家信誉，特别是要看看信誉的详细内容。一般网上的购物网站都能在得到购买的商品后给卖家评价的。所以看一下其他买家给卖家的评价，特别是中评和差评的内容以及卖家对此的解释，从卖家回馈的态度，也能对卖家有个大体的了解。如果碰到一个好卖家，千万要珍惜！留下其，以备不时之需。
4、收到东西后，也别忘了要给卖家好评。不要随意给非好的评价，如果收到东西有问题，应该先与卖家联系。网上购物的优点： 第一，可以在家“逛商店”，订货不受时间的限制。
第二，获得较大量的商品信息，可以买到当地没有的商品：在现实中，人人会常常说货比三
家，但在网上，可以慢慢的挑选，也可以买到当地没有的商品！第三，网上支付较传统拿现金支付更加安全，可避免现金丢失或遭到抢劫：你可以通过网上银行方便又安全，可以避免去商场购物拿一大把现金，又不安全！第四，从订货、买货到货物上门无需亲临现场，既省时又省力：特别是大热天，在家里就可以购物，快递还送货上门多舒服。在实体店购物就要累的很！
第五，由于网上商品省去租店面、召雇员、储存、保管等一系列费用，总的来说其价格较一般商场的同类商品更便宜。不管是化妆品、服装，还是成人用品或是其他生活用品的价格都比一般商场或实体店卖的低得多！网上购物的缺点： 第一，实物和照片上的差距太大。网购只能是看到照片，到货物真的到达你手里，你会感觉和实物有不一样。这就不如在商场里买到的放心。
第二，不能试穿。网购只是看到照片及对物品的简单的介绍，象衣服或鞋子之类的，你就不能直接的看出适不适合你，而如果在商场购买，你可以试穿，合自己的身，就马上买下，不用考虑那么多，但是，网购就比较麻烦了。第三，网络支付不安全。可能被偷窥，密码被盗。
