考研复试中自我介绍一般控制在2-3分钟较适宜。好的时间分配能突出重点，让人印象深刻。如果你事先分析了自我介绍的主要内容，并分配了所需时间，抓住这两三分钟，你就能中肯、得体地表达出你自己；同时也要控制好时间，时间太短，无法给人比拟全面和深刻的印象，时间太长又会显得没有重点，同样没方法让人印象深刻。

③性格优势及能力。着重强调自己的个性及能力对所报考专业的积极作用，如学术性专业，可用steady(踏实)、careful(细心认真)、active, aggressive(有进取心的)等。其他一些表性格能力的
形容词：logical(有条理的)、responsible(有责任心)、dependable(可靠的)、efficient(有效率的)、amicable(友善的)、analytical(善于分析的)、cooperative(合作的)、 creative(有创造力的)、disciplined(有纪律的)、energetic(精力充分的)、faithful(忠诚的), gentle(文雅的)、independent(有主见的)、innovative(创新的)、motivated(积极的)、modest(谦虚的)、punctual(守时的)、precise(一丝不苟的)等。
④兴趣爱好。介绍自己对重视的同时，也应介绍一下自己的兴趣爱好。需要注意的是：应防止一些可能引起考官反感的兴趣，如watching TV，playing puter games等。考生可以从旅游、音乐、体育等方面入手，并简要说明这些爱好对你的积极影响(open my mind, relax myself, enhance physical quality)。
⑤对所报考院校及专业的兴趣。首先同样需要确保院校及专业的英文名称的正确性；其次强调对报考专业感兴趣，如平时通过相关书籍、期刊、新闻等途径了解该专业领域的动态。

I am open-minded, willing and have broad interests like basketball, reading and especially in engineering such as software programming, website design, hardware design. For example, during the past four years, I have aomplished two websites: one is the website of our school, and the other
is the website of the doctor forum of china xx. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and
have written some application programs. In July in the last year,I finished my graduate project with flying
colors,which was a software application about Image
Process . In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.
Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but
not be petent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. So I think further study is
still urgent for me to realize self-value.
The major that I hope pursue for my further education
is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are
