第1篇调研报告 休闲农庄..西安建筑科技大学本科毕业设计调研报告题目秦灞庄园调研报告学生姓名 王洪钧 学号130901111 院（系） 艺术学院 专业 环境设计 指导教师 王莎时间年3 月16日.摘要在逐渐远离战争年代的和平年代大背景下，人们的物质需求和精神需求都逐渐提高。人民日益增长的物质文化需要同落后的社会生产力之间的矛盾,长期以来，文化建设同人民众日益增长的精神文化需求还不完全适应。所以在阶段的社会大背景下来不断的解决主要矛盾和次要矛盾问题。通过把矛盾带入农庄的实际情况之中来解决，来确定农庄现存在的问题，和解决的方向。例如例如本国本土文化对于农庄的影响和渗透，我认为应该注重白鹿原当地的历史环境.地理环境.人文环境.气候环境，来进行综合设计。痛过实地考察并且和甲方进行沟通发现，秦灞庄园过于模块化，却少人文气息，庄园的活动多种多样，但活动没有深度，耐乏味度不够，人们在一个活动上停留的时间太短。最终我通过古今结合为主要方案，发掘本土特和衍生活动与产品，并且深入文化的因地制宜和人与环境的高度融合。给人们带来不同的体验感。关键词 历史 文化 耐乏味度 因地制宜 深度融合abstractIn the era of peace gradually away
