A growing number of parents equipped their children with cell phones, who are aimed to keep in touch whenever and wherever, so that they can make sure children’s safety and meet their demands. However, like a coin has two sides, the terrible problem comes along with the convenience that we can’t ignore. What is worse, the opposite effect may play a more vital role.(the disadvantages may beat the advantage.) in the first place, as it universally known to us, with great breakthrough happened in technology, especially in internet, a cell phone is to be used just as a computer.
