摘 要
摘要 板栗别名栗子、风栗,是山毛榉科栗属中的乔木或灌木总称,原产地中原,普遍生长于越南、台湾和中国陆地区域,适宜长在海拔370~2800米处,多生长于山区丘陵,现在已经被人工栽培广泛。板栗的营养价值十分丰富,相对于西红柿和苹果这些有着丰富的维生素C水果来说,板栗的含量尽是远远超过它们的。当然板栗中的矿物质也是十分丰富的,含钾、锌、铁等多种矿物质。尽管维生素含量不及榛子高,但依旧比普通生果要高的得多,其中含钾元素量居然是苹果3倍之多。
因为板栗的产量一直在提高,为了让板栗充分的发挥着他的作用,我国相关的学者专家一直在钻研它的生产与加工。我国重点进行的是板栗的加工制作粉和板栗新产品的研究开发。在专家学者的努力下,研究取得了很大的进展。
当然板栗的药用价值一直以来被中医领域普遍利用。板栗不仅可以健脾养胃,活血化瘀,更是做到强体健身,补肾强筋。板栗在高血压等心脑血管疾病的防治上有很大的优点。板栗还可用于缓解反胃、鞋都、腰酸腿软、便秘痔疮等病症,也是对医治肾虚、中风,改善支气管炎、腹泻等疾病有效果。

The nutritional value of chestnuts is very rich, compared to tomatoes and apples which are rich in vitamin C, the content of chestnuts is far more than they. Of course the minerals in chestnut is also very rich, containing potassium, zinc, iron and other minerals.
