摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip device surely performing clipping without any increase in number of parts of the clip device.
SOLUTION: This clip device includes a long cylindrical body 420; a wire 430 inserted into the cylindrical body 420 to freely move forward and backward, and having a first engagement means 440 engaged with a clip 1 at the distal end; and an operating part provided on the proximal end of the cylindrical body 420 and connected to the wire 430 to operate opening and closing of the clip, wherein the clip 1 includes: a proximal end portion 500; a clip body 200 having both arm portions 220 extended from the proximal end portion 500 and opened by self-expanding property; and a fastening member 300 through which the clip body 200 moves forward and backward, and the proximal end portion 500 is provided with a second engagement means 222. In a state where the first engagement means 440 and the second engagement means 222 are engaged with each other, the wire is moved to the proximal end side, whereby the fastening member 300 is moved to the distal end side to close the opened both arm proximals 220, and further the wire is moved to the proximal end side, whereby the second engagement means 222
is deformed to release the engagement.
