八宝辣酱就是早前上海人家里做的“炒辣酱”改良而来的,现在做法可以加入虾仁、鸡肉、鸭肫、猪腿肉、肚子、开洋、香菇、笋片等8种食材。把它加到面里做浇头也超级美味。
Babao chili sauce was adapted from “stir-fried chili sauce” made in Shanghainese homes. Now, eight ingredients can be added, including shrimp, chicken, duck gizzard, chilled pork, pork tripe, cayenne, mushroom and bamboo shoot slices. It’s also super deli-cious when you add it to noodles as a topping.

粢饭团
上海美食Zi fan tuan
粢饭团被誉为“上海早点四大金刚”之一,有咸甜两种口味。是用糯米饭,包裹上卤蛋或是咸蛋、加上肉
松、火腿肠或者秘制的肉酱,但是无论怎么搭配,都少不了的要加一根油条进去,再挤一些沙拉酱提味。血糯米的香糯、卤蛋的Q 弹、油条的酥脆、肉松的咸甜、肉酱的香气,每一口都是实打实的馅料。

Wonton is a traditional cooked wheaten food in Jiangnan area. The wontons at Bu Ting Zhai are based on the traditional recipe of old Shanghai, with lard, chicken bouillon and scallion as a soup base and a small enamel cas-serole pot cooked over a slow fire, full of local characteristics. Wonton wrappers are made of bread flour and cut into 8cm by 8cm squares, stuffed with a mixture of fat and lean pork, fresh shrimp, veg-etable and spices, attracting gourmets from far and near.
Bu Ting Zhai is a shanghai snack bar in Shanghai Fashion Center, its casserole wontons are affordable and delicious. Although the shop area is not large, but always full of people. In addition to won-tons, Bu Ting Zhai’s signature steamed dumplings with fresh meat (Xiaolongbao) are also unique. Not only does it look good, but it also has the taste of Shanghai time-honored brands. Xiaolongbao has a thin skin, rich soup, fresh meat, the only thing to pay attention to is that you don’t want to eat it in one bite, a careless soup will splash on the clothes.
