撤销个税汇算清缴申报，可以按照以下步骤进行操作：
1. 登录个人所得税APP，点击【我要查询】-【申报查询】-【已完成】-【2022年度综合所得年度汇算】，选择【退税记录】，点击【撤销退税】。
2. 完成上述步骤后，回到首页，点击【我要查询】-【申报查询】-【已完成】-【2022年度综合所得年度汇算】，选择【申报记录】-【更正】，根据实际情况更正相应内容，确认后，点击【下一步】-【更正申报】即可。
需要注意的是，已完成个税汇算清缴申报，但未发生已缴税额或已退税额的，可以作废申报。
