为了推动健康中国建设，更好地实施分级诊疗并满足众健康需求，提升县域卫生健康现代化管理服务水平，***县抓住县域医共体建设的机遇，本着“让数据多跑路，让众少跑腿”的理念，积极推进“互联网+医疗健康”建设，努力打造全国互联网+医疗健康县域医共体建设的亮点工程。
一、工作进展情况
一）“互联网+县域医共体”建设情况
根据各医疗卫生机构的信息化现状，结合医疗健康总院一体化需要，以“******”的“互联网+医疗健康”建设思路为导向，卫生健康局制定了《***县“互联网+县域医共体”建设方案》。自治
区相关专家来到我县，对“互联网+县域医共体”建设工作进行了指导并对方案进行了审阅、修订和完善。该项目于5月21日完成招标后快速开工建设，目前已完成云资源环境的申请与分配、服务器数据库的部署，基层医疗卫生信息系统、健康档案系统、医共体监管平台等应用系统的部署，选取一家基层医疗卫生机构完成业务系统的部署以及一体机等硬件设备的安装调试，进行互联互通测试。

二）远程医疗平台建设应用情况
区域影像诊断中心、远程心电诊断中心、远程医学教育培训中心已建成并运行。区域影像诊断中心、远程心电诊断中心与XXX和县域内各乡镇卫生院互联互通。通过“基层检查+上级诊断+区域共认”的服务机制，辖区患者在基层就能享受到上级医院的优质诊疗服务。截至目前，远程影像诊断中心为成员单位辖区患者提供影像远程诊断460余例；远程心电诊断中心为基层医疗卫生机构提供远程诊断3200余例；XXX为成员单位医务人员进行远程教育培训2场次，累计培训人数400余人次。
三）信息专网建设情况

加快县级医疗卫生机构信息化建设，为电子健康码的应用提供信息化支撑，通过电子屏、视频推广、宣传资料、集中培训等多种方式加快电子健康码的推广应用。目前，县级医院电子健康码应用均已上线运行。
