强制996,等于拉长员工的工作时间,容易让员工产生磨洋工的想法。
以xxxx为代表的互联网企业之所以发展迅猛,确实是互联网人辛勤劳动的结果,他们甚至也尝到了996工作制带来的甜头。特别是xx这类创业者,他们热衷于自己的事业,带领自己的企业走向成功,实行996工作制似乎无可厚非。但普通员工不是创业者,他们或许只是为了养家糊口,想要获得相对幸福的生活而工作,他们可能没有痴迷工作的热情。当然,不是说他们不热爱工作,而是说他们未必能做到像创业者那样有热情地工作。如果只是一味拉长员工的工作时间,则很有可能出现原本工作时间之内就可以完成的工作,却故意拖长时间来完成的现象。很明显,尽管工作时间拉长了,但工作效率并没有提升。
强制996,挤压了员工的休息时间,不利于激发员工的创新精神。
