大型连锁药店的管理和发展模式分析——以大参林为例
摘要：小满是什么季节通过大型连锁药店大参林的发展历程，研究大型连锁药店的管理与发展模式，给我们结婚了鬼鬼玉泽演政府制定相关政策、修订相关法律提供参考；为药品零售行业健康发展和持续整合提出意见。对政府政策容易影响到药品零售行业发展进而波及到连锁药店、药品零售市场集中度一直不高这两个问题，以及近年来连锁药店迅速扩张引发的药店并购溢价现象和药品零售
行业法律法规的一些缺陷提出了应对意见：连锁药店应优化产品结构来提高政策变化的风险，打造品牌的同时抓住机会整合，多注重门店效益和通过加盟连锁方式扩张取得长期的优势，政府应完善健全相关法律监督连锁药店有序发展。
