Create PDF document(创建PDF文档)
1. Open the document which you want to convert it into PDF( word, excel, ppt and other documents)
打开需要转换为PDF格式的文档（word， Excel， ppt或其它格式的文档）
2. 怎么获得root权限Select Fileprint, in appeared windows, select PDF995 printer, then click OK button. If you do not find this printer, please ask local IT to help you.
选择菜单FilePrint，选择PDF995打印机，单击OK按钮。如果不到PDF995打印机，请本地的IT同事寻求帮助。
   
3. Select the saved path and input the PDF filename, then click Save button.
如下图所示，输入文件名和需要保存的路径，然后单击Save 按钮。
Create Encryption PDF document （创建加密的PDF文档）
1. Run Signature955. StartProgramSoftware995Signature995.
运行Signature955. StartProgramSoftware995Signature995.
2. Click PDF Rights Management button.
单击PDF Rights Management 按钮
 
3. Click Browse to select the PDF file which you want to encrypt.
单击Browse按钮选择需要加密的PDF文档
4. Select your wanted options and click Encrypt the Document button
选择需要设置限制的选项，然后单击Encrypt the Document按钮。
 
  Restrict Printing: disable printing function

  Restrict Copying content to clipboard: Disable Copy and paste function
  限制用户在此文档中使用Copy和Paste 功能
  Restrict Screen Reader: Disable Screen Reader tools, user only can open this file by Adobe Reader.
  限制用户使用Screen Reader 工具打开次文档
  Restrict Modification: user can not modify this file by Adobe Acrobat
  限制用户使用Adobe Acrobat修改次文档
5. Set the password, the file state is Enable restrictions + Open file Password
设置密码。如果在此输入密码，则用户在打开此PDF文档时，需要输入密码（此时文档仍然是加密状态）。
Note: 1. If enabled Automatically name the encrypted file; it will auto-save the encrypted file as encrypted.pdf in C:\pdf995\output folder.
      如果选择Automatically name the encrypted file 选项，会以encrypted.pdf为文件名自动命名加密的文档并保存在C:\pdf995\output文件夹下。
    2. If one PC was installed by SMS (WinPE), the PDF995 default settings is Enable restrictions + Open file Password汉堡加盟店10大品牌
      如果采用WinPE安装系统，则PDF995 的默认设置为限制功能和打开密码功能有效。
6. Enter the new file name and click Save button.
输入新的文件名然后单击Save按钮保存文档
Compress PDF file （压缩PDF网上有哪些兼职工作文档）
1. Run PDFedit955. StartProgramSoftware995PDFedit995.
运行PDFedit995，StartProgramSoftware995PDFedit995.
2. Select Web View options, click Browse button to select the PDF file which you want to Compress, then click Compress button.

3.  In appeared window, input new file name and click save button.
  在窗口中输入要保存的路径和文件名，然后单击Save按钮
建议：不要删除原word文档和PDF文档，以便以后修改
