Steps
(1)Pour 2 cups (500 ml) of milk into the pot.
(2)Heat (加热) the pot slowly on the stove.
(3)Just before the milk boils(煮沸), bubbles(泡泡) will start to come up.
(4)When that happens, slowly stir(搅拌) in 2 teaspoons of vinegar.
(5)Keep stirring before the milk becomes rubbery(橡胶状的) and hard to move.
(6)Take the pot away from the stove and let it cool.
(7)When the milk is cool, get the solid(固体) out of the pot, make it into a ball with your hands and wash it under running water.
