旅游业是战略性产业,资源消耗低,带动系数大,就业机会多,综合效益好。改革开放以来,我国旅游业快速发展,产业规模不断扩大,产业体系日趋完善。旅游作为第三产业,在当今社会发挥着越来越重要的作用,如何充分利用发展机会积极发展旅游业,是目前所有旅游行业提高竞争力的核心。
本次展览旅游活动策划主要侧重于,在京津冀一体化的背景下,对河北省旅游业的策划与设计。本次旅游会展在策划与设计时,注重充分挖掘冀北燕赵历史文化内涵,将燕赵文化融入到现代旅游产业中,同时与河北现代文化相融合,体现着古典文化与创新的紧密结合,将河北省推向旅游的前端。
(二)SWTO分析
河北省内环京津,外环渤海,是中国重要的旅游资源大省其旅游纪念的开发与设计有其自身的优缺点与机会和威胁。以下通过SWTO分析对其进行分析,为开发提供参考。
1、优势(Strength)分析:
S1:旅游资源丰富
a. 自然旅游资源丰富:自然风光秀美。河北是中国唯一兼有海滨、平原、湖泊、丘陵、山地、高原的省份,地形地貌齐全。有中国十大风景名胜2处,中国旅游胜地四十佳3处,国家级风景名胜区5处,国家级森林公园9处,国家级自然保护区3处。秦皇岛海滨、黄金海岸滑沙场、华北明珠白洋淀、燕山峻岭、太行风光、坝上森林草原均为旅游热点。
b. 人文旅游资源多样化:文物古迹众多。早在5000多年前,中华民族的三大始祖黄帝、炎帝和蚩尤就是在河北由征战到融合,开创了中华文明史。春秋战国时期,河北地属燕国和赵国,故有燕赵之称。元、明、清三朝定都北京,河北成了拱卫京师的畿辅之地。悠久的历史使河北形成了深厚的文化积淀。全省有省级以上文物保护单位670处,其中国家级严正花 三级88处,是中国著名的文物大省。河北现有世界文化遗产3处,历史文化名城5座。主要景点有承德避暑山庄和外八庙,清代帝王陵寝清东陵和清西陵,长城精华地段等。此外,保定古莲花池和总督署衙,正定隆兴寺,赵县赵州桥,邯郸黄粱梦吕仙祠、武灵丛台、响堂山石窟、涉县娲皇宫等也饮誉海内外。
