Abstract： On April 14， 2018， the guidance on supporting Hainan's comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up was issued， which made it clear that China （Hainan） pilot free trade zone will be built with the existing pilot contents as the main body and the characteristics of Hainan， and the implementation scope is the whole island of Hainan Island. The construction of Hainan pilot free trade zone （port） has received extensive attention. Tourism and real estate industry occupy a leading position in the economic structure of Hainan Province， with insufficient development potential. This article will compare the domestic and international situation， Hainan Province economic situation with Shanghai， and discuss the feasible development path.
