前一段时间，当我来到终极办公室的时候，总会发现有一个女孩子在办公室里打扫，每天如此。起初我觉得是一位专门为我们打扫的兼职同学，后来得知她是师范大学我们的一名普通学员，打扫卫生是她自愿的，我们的卢老师，谭教练觉得她挺不错打算开她一份工资，她却坚持要义务打扫。对于这样一位女孩子处于好奇，便和她交谈了起来，当我问到为什么要每天都过来帮我们打扫卫生的时候，她说：“我非常感谢终极英语，给我提供了那么好的学习机会，自己改变真的很大，而且发现终极的每位工作人员都是那么的充满激情，那么的出很想像你们学习，也非常的崇拜卢老师，樊老师，谭欣学，想更多的和他们接触。天天来这边打扫的过程中听工作人员的交流都会学到很多，所以每天不管有多温玄烨
忙我都要抽出时间来这边学习一下，感受一下这里的激情。”是啊，终极为什么能吸引那么多优秀人才，就是因为这里充满了激情，每个人目标明确，意志坚定，有着超强的行动力，怀着一颗感恩的心，认真，负责，全力以赴的努力着。
