随着市场竞争的全面展开和经济发展全球化,越来越多的企业意识到人力资源是企业创造力和竞争力的源泉,人力资源管理的重要性也在这期间不断上升。但是我国的人力资源发展的道路却不得不面对一个严峻的问题,员工流失。不断大量流失老员工再不断大量招聘新员工的恶性循环是一些企业的常态。因此分析员工流失的原因并提出有效的建议是具有研究意义的。
富士康集团作为全球最大的代工工厂,它创造了许多奇迹,其中的实绩令人敬佩。然而在过去的几年里富士康曾发生过不到半年时间里连续 12 起员工坠楼事件,也有在近年来不断流失员工的现象。从中不难看出富士康存在的种种问题。富士康作为制造业的代表和员工流失问题的重灾区具有极强的研究价值,因此本文选择深圳富士康科技集团作为主要研究对象。从富士康的现状来看其员工流失问题已经给企业带来了不好的影响,但是这些问题为什么会发生?原因何在?带来了什么影响?该怎么解决?这些都是本文将要研究的问题。本文将以深圳富士康科技集团为例分析其基层员工流失的主要原因,通过研究对象、方法、问题等几部分分析并通过分析制定针对员工流失问题的对策。从人才战略、企业文化、企业管理等等方
面提出合适的解决方法,让更多的企业在今后的发展道路上,能够更好地发挥员工的积极性,更高的提升企业人力资源管理水平。

Abstract
With the overall development of market competition and the globalization of economic development, more and more enterprises realize that human resources are the source of creativity and competitiveness of enterprises, and the importance of human resource management is also rising during this period. However, the development of human resources in China has to face a serious problem, staff turnover. The vicious circle of constantly losing old employees and applying for new employees is the norm of some enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the causes of employee turnover and put forward effective suggestions.
As the world's largest OEM factory, Foxconn has created many miracles, among which the achievements are admirable. However, in the past few years, Foxconn has had 12 consecutive employee downfalls in less than half a year, and has also lost employees in recent years. It's not hard to see the problems Foxconn faces. Foxconn, as a representative of manufacturing industry and a disaster area of employee turnover, has a strong research value, so the main research object of this paper is Shenzhen Foxconn Technology Group. Judging from Foxconn's current situation, the problem of employee turnover has brought bad influence, but why does it happen? Why? What is the impact? How to solve it? These are the problems that will be studied in this paper. The main purpose of this paper is to take Shenzhen Foxconn Technology Group as an example to analyze the main reasons for the loss of employees at the grass-roots level, through the analysis of research objects, methods, problems and other parts, and through the analysis to formulate countermeasures for the loss of employees. From the talent strategy, corporate culture, corporate management and other aspects of the appropriate solutions, so that more enterprises in the future development path, can better play the enthusiasm of employees, improve the level of enterprise human resource management.
