摘要：现在家庭轿车已经逐步进入平常百姓家，越来越多的人已经成为有车一族，车辆作为一种交通工具在给人们带来便利的同时，也给人家带来种种烦恼，比如燃油维修保养、停放保管、出险理赔以及名目繁多的等等，各种，常见的有闯灯、压线、超速、超载、酒驾等，在这里我要说的是超速，说到超速就有速度检测，为了行车安全公路边上提示限速，对于有提示的固定测速我们可以理解，而那种临时的流动测速和全程测速，让我们防不胜防。而对于它们的出现是不是合法，笔者做了个人阐述。本文主要对测速电子眼的出现的法律依据以及现在测速现状和电子眼超期服役现象做了阐述。
