目的分析外科手术患者的围术期心理状态，及时准确掌握患者的情绪变化，做好心理疏导，使患者平安度过围术期，加快术后康复。方法对200例普外科手术患者围术期的心理状态进行调查分析，应用非精神科住院患者心理状态评定量表、焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）中的部分项目予以评定。结果术前、手术当日及术后不同阶段的心理状态及表现形式均有不同。结论为围术期患者进行心理状态分析，及时、准确掌握患者的情绪变化，做好心理疏导，对加快术后康复十分有利。
