Section B
Passage One
Good afternoon everyone. As you may know, today we are going to talk about the importance of sleep. Most people require around eight hours of sleep each night in order to feel fully rested. Unfortunately, many of us simply don’t get enough sleep, and this can have serious consequences. Sleep is a dynamic process during which the body refreshes, repairs, and restores itself.
Lack of sleep, especially over time, can lead to a wide range of health problems such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. It can also affect your brain’s ability to function properly, leading to problems with concentration and decision-making. So, it’s important to make sure you get enough sleep each night by establishing good sleep habits such as going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, avoiding caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime, and creating a comfortable sleep environment.
Q: What is the topic of the talk?
Passage Two

Please take your seat and fasten your seatbelts until the plane has reached a cruising altitude. Once the seatbelt sign has been turned off, the captain and crew will make every effort to make this flight as comfortable as possible for you.
We kindly request you to refrain from using any electronic devices during takeoff and landing as it may interfere with the airplane's navigation systems. However, you may use them in airplane mode once the seatbelt sign has been turned off. We will be serving a light snack and drinks during the flight, and if you need anything, please feel free to call on any of our flight attendants. We hope that you enjoy your flight with us today.
