手机租赁协议

第一条 适用范围
本协议适用于由出租方提供承租方使用苹果品牌手机租赁服务之相关条款。
第二条 租赁物品
1、全新国行正品iPhone，型号：_______，容量：__G，颜：______。
2、S/N号：_________；IMEI号：_________。
第三条 租期
1、设备租期为__个月，租用起止日期为年月日起至年月日止。
输入手机号查物流单号
2、本协议生效后，租期即不可变更。
3、本公司所提供单台苹果品牌手机最短租期为9个月，累计最长租期为11个月。
第四条 租金、押金等费用及支付方式
1、押金：￥6188.00元/机，金额大写：___拾捌元整。
注：其中最短租期9个月的租金总额￥1800.00元，大写壹仟捌佰元整，为预收租金，不予退还（详见第五条第3款）。
2、租金：￥200.00元/月，金额大写：贰佰元整。
3、支付方式：
①押金：在签订本协议时一次性支付。
②租金：到期付——租赁到期时从押金中一次性扣除。
第五条 协议变更
1、若承租方在手机发货前告知本公司解除本协议，本公司将次日退还押金。同时，相应的
退款手续费需由承租方承担，费率为6%。
2、若承租方在快递签收前告知本公司解除本协议，承租方应支付由此产生的___往返运费￥50.00和物流保价费￥50.00（共计￥100.00），此费用将从押金中直接扣除，承租方需保证手机原包装未拆并直接拒收快递，本公司将把剩余押金在收到手机并经检测合格后3个工作日内退还给承租方，本协议由此终止。
3、若租赁期未达9个月最短租期即要求退租（即“提前退租”，下同），则构成违约，本公司将从押金中扣除9个月租金，剩余押金退还给承租方。退款时间为承租方寄回手机并由本公司验收检测合格之后的3个工作日内，本协议由此终止。（验收时间为物流签收当日，下同）
注：该条款适用于承租方单方面要求结束租机业务的情况。若由于设备本身质量问题导致承租方无法正常使用手机，且经本公司工程师检测后，认定确系设备自身问题，则不定性为承租方违约，在该情况下，设备寄送、检测等过程中耗费的时间（不足一天按一天算）在原租期的基础上予以顺延。

Article 7: Device Pickup and Return

Special Statement: The iPhone ns provided by the company are all new。genuine。___。If they are damaged or not returned。the company will ct the corresponding amount from the deposit according to official standards.
