委托经营之收费内容:
1.技术服务费( Technical Service) : 旅馆筹建期间，管理公司提供
经营管理政策评估、市场调查及各营业场所空间规划之建议而收取的费用，一般由双方议定一个固定金额，业主分期支付。
2.基本管理费( Management Fee) : 双方议定每月( 或每季) 收取基
本管理费，一般收取营业收入的2%～4%之间的费用。
3.利润分配金( Incentive Fee) : 从营业毛利中抽取5%～10%利润
奖金。
