I deeply regret copying my English homework. I know it was a lazy and dishonest move, and I'm sorry for letting down my teacher and classmates. I realize now that homework is a chance to learn and grow, not just something to get done quickly.
I admit that I was overwhelmed with other tasks and deadlines, so I took the easy way out by copying someone else's work. But that was no excuse. Learning should be a priority, and I failed to treat it with the respect it deserves.
Looking back, I realize that copying didn't help me in any way. I didn't learn anything from it, and it only created a false sense of accomplishment. True learning comes from understanding and applying knowledge, not from simply copying and pasting.
From now on, I promise to take responsibility for my own learning. I'll put in the effort to understand the material and complete my homework on my own. I know it won't always be easy, but I'm willing to make the effort to become a better student.
